VERY, VERY, VERY
Very, Very, Very was released on the 24th of July, 2014 and was the Second Update of the Middle Way. This update is a comic take on the word "very". I must admit, I ran out of story ideas to do on this update, and it wouldn't be until update 3 (Life: Down to Earth) where the main arc of The Middle Way would begin. This update is centred on the city of Mito, the former Capital City of Okaiken.
As you can see, the image sizes had gone a little bigger (It will decrease in size in the later chapters as I transition to a much more manageable image type). This area is the Mito Gaidai Daigaku, one of the most prestigious universities in Okaiken. It is embedded in the city landscape so access to city services is much is better.
Did you know that streets in Japan are sometimes not named, leading to some confusion in directions. Similarly, it happens in Okaiken, and this intersection is just known as the Imperial Crossing because of its proximity to the Imperial Palace. This intersection will see an overhaul in the later updates.
Uji River, alongside the cityscape of Mito.
Hondamaru Castle. Originally a Ninomaru to the larger Nijo castle, it was enlarged and became a separate castle in 1642. The Original Nijo castle was dismantled and parts of it were used to reconstruct this castle.
Machiya Housing.

MUSICIn this update, I used a soothing violin and piano combination by the Japanese music duo Marierika. This music is featured on ANA SKY EYE, which inspired some of The Middle Way entries.
