The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the official body of the government of Okaiken that handles international relations and diplomacy, as well as the handling of applications to work and live in Okaiken. Every year, Okaiken releases a diplomatic blue book that outlines the status of relations of countries it has contact with; as well as countries that may affect the concerns and interests of the Sanese People. 

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) is located in Okaiken's Capital, Okami. Nations seeking diplomacy with Okaiken may contact the ministry at the ministry to begin negotiations. Once everything is in place, including any possible hurdles that may arise during the talks, nations interested are encouraged to establish an embassy in the vicinity of the Okami Metropolitan Area excluding the Shirojima Islands. Consulates in locations outside the metropolitan area are possible with terms and conditions set up by the Government of Okaiken.
